Dr Robin Godfrey has substantial experience in the successful commercialisation of advanced technologies, and financial aspects of start up companies. After several years as consultant and group manager with PA Consulting Group, Robin worked in business development at QinetiQ, where he planned and pioneered two of the first Venture Capital funded spin-out companies.

He then joined a seed investment company focussing on financial and technical evaluation and planning of potential spin-out companies from some of the UK's leading universities. He has been responsible for financial operations in Circadian Solar since its inception, combined with responsibility for legal affairs and corporate governance.
